Course Stopovers & Transfers :
a) A student is expected to complete the programmed in a batch he/she is admitted to. A break or stopover or a transfer is not desirable as it affects the performance of a student. However, in exceptional cases, the facility of a course stopover or batch transfer may be extended at the discretion of the centre-in-charge. But the decision of the centre transfer rests primarily on the person concerned at the head office. In both cases, a student is required to submit a written application along with proper document to the Centre-in-charge.
b) A transfer to a specific batch is subject to availability of seats and equivalence between the original and new course.
c) A student is required to provide the following at the time of transfer to a new batch Proof of original admission being provided in the form of money receipt, identity card and student invoice. Proof of the course stopover/transfer request having been duly permitted by Centre-in-charge (for batch transfer) or person concerned from head office (for centre transfer).
d) The Centre-in-charge will decide the appropriate module at which the student will join after transfer.
e) Any student being transferred to another batch will not be entitled to receive any course material that has already been issued to the student earlier with the original batch.
f) Students of short term course will not be allowed a transfer.
g) In case of centre transfer RNNYC will not be responsibility for any changes in respect of class days and timings, and syllabus.
